Will designs be restocked?
Yes, some designs may be restocked however because many items are made from deadstock, end of roll, offcuts, and up-cycled materials they may not be restocked in the same colours and prints.
Where is your fabric sourced?
Our fabric is sourced from a variety of places, deadstock fabrics come from local fabric shops and Fabscrap, organic textiles are also sourced locally as well as from online from stores like SwatchOn and Blackbird Fabrics.
Who makes the products?
At this time with ethical production as a priority all garments are handmade from scratch in Toronto by our founder Vanessa. As clothing is made in house we are able to reduce our carbon footprint. Vanessa's wages are captured in the pricing of each product so she is paid a living wage for her labour.
What is your return policy?
All garments and accessories are final sale as most products are made to order, we do however want you to be happy with your order if there is an issue with any garment please reach out to us at shopvaaanesser@outlook.com and we will discuss.
